We are currently seeking a Female Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring both international call center experience and local Dubai real estate exposure, making her skilled at building rapport with clients from different cultures and guiding them confidently through their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence.
  • Qualify and screen potential leads generated via marketing campaigns (social media, portals, roadshows, etc.).
  • Provide accurate project details, payment plan information, and market updates to clients.
  • Schedule meetings, property viewings, or consultations between clients and sales agents.
  • Maintain and update CRM records diligently after every client interaction.
  • Follow up with prospects on WhatsApp, calls, and emails to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Support sales executives and management with daily tele-calling reports.

Requirements

  • Female candidate only (preferred for this role).
  • Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience as a telecaller / telesales professional.
  • Prior experience in an international call center (customer service / telesales) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, or Russian is an advantage).
  • Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections.
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
