Title Authority LLC, a fast-growing title insurance company in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a sharp, energetic candidate with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Title Processor. We manage all real estate purchases and mortgage refinances, working closely with attorneys, loan officers, real estate agents, tax offices, homeowner associations, investors, buyers, and borrowers.

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE ALSO REQUIRED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Computer Savvy: extensive experience in computer with Microsoft Windows and Office (outlook, word and excel);
  • Communication & Teamwork: strong communication skills, a team player with great work ethic;
  • Highly Organized: Multitasking, extremely detail oriented and dependable;
  • Analytical Mind: analytical and detective mind; and faster learner;
  • Financial: accounting skills and good at numbers, a big plus
  • Tech-Forward: Programming and AI skills are a big plus.
  • Real Estate Knowledge a big plus.
