We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Professional to support our agents with transaction management, compliance, paperwork, and social media initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience working within an existing real estate brokerage (required).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction processes.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS, and document management platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with ability to create engaging posts and assist in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software tools.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RECO and brokerage requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and submit paperwork while maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and agents to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Track key dates and deadlines, providing timely reminders and updates to all parties.
  • Assist with social media management, including creating and posting updates, listings, and marketing materials.
  • Support agents with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professionalism throughout the process.
