• Manage the transaction process from contract to close for wholesale real estate deals.
• Work with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure deals close smoothly and on time.
• Clear title issues quickly and effectively.
• Communicate daily with all parties involved in each transaction.
• Ensure all documents, contracts, and files are in order before closing.
