Military encouraged to apply. Job Description The Specialist, Real Estate supports the real estate team in managing real estate throughout the real estate life cycle. This role works closely with internal teams and key external partners to support the new stores, remodels, and expansions. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 1. Track broker outreach and developer pipeline for potential new locations. 2. Work with field real estate team to collect and submit information requests for candidate sites. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to request analytical insights and gather, organize, and synthesize other market data, preliminary site evaluation reports and other information needed to evaluate and negotiate candidate sites. 4. Supports real estate development team in data collection, information sharing and scheduling needs. 5. Serve as a key contact for key external partners. 6. Manage scheduling with key partners across multiple time zones (internal Pilot teams, JV partners, developers, external consultants). 7. Coordinate standing check-ins internally and for key transactions including setting agendas, circulating prep materials, and recording action items for follow-up. 8. Assist in the preparation, negotiation and tracking of LOIs and site access agreements throughout negotiations. 9. Manage transaction checklists and keep transactions moving-, including following up on key dates (due diligence, closing, commencement, etc.) and coordinating and communicating the same across internal teams. 10. Coordinate with property management team and network optimization team to prepare materials for regular property management meetings and evaluate upcoming decisions with respect to renewal and purchase options, end of lease terms, ROFRs/ROFOs, etc. 11. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree preferred · Experience with real estate transactions and development preferred. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent organizational skills.
