An excellent international law firm is seeking a Real Estate & Transactions Associate (4–6 years) to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney to take ownership of high-value commercial real estate finance matters and work directly with top-tier institutional clients.

• Handle 85–90% of transaction responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
• Represent both borrowers and lenders in:
• Commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans
• Syndicated, participated, and securitized transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex financing and transactional documents.
• Advise clients including public companies, national banks, blue-chip developers, and real estate investment firms.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on acquisition, leasing, development, and financing transactions.
