The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including: Purchase and sale agreements Commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial) Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions. Assist with the coordination and management of closings.
