Job Title: Real Estate Video Editor & Content Creator
Location: Toronto, ON (In-Office & On-Site Filming Required)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, Evenings & Weekends as needed)
Salary: $65,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Photography skills (real estate photography experience is a strong asset)
  • Experience filming and editing podcast content
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and emerging content trends
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Some marketing experience or education is a plus

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Drone videography skills and licensing
  • Previous experience in real estate media or working with agent teams

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on producing stunning property videos, promotional content, social media assets, and podcast footage. You’ll work closely with our agents and marketing team to bring listings and campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shoot and edit property tours, agent videos, reels, and promotional content
  • Film and edit podcast-style interviews and discussions for YouTube/social channels
  • Capture high-quality listing photos when needed
  • Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and strategy execution
  • Assist with social media scheduling and posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and messaging
