JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a creative and reliable Real Estate Videographer to join our team on a per-job basis. You will be responsible for filming residential and commercial properties, creating engaging media including HD video walkthroughs and 3D virtual tours.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proficiency in photography, videography, and 3D virtual tour creation
· Experience with real estate media production
· Access to professional-grade camera equipment
· Familiarity with editing software
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and client-first mindset
· Availability for 10+ shoots per week (flexible schedule)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Matterport, Ricoh Theta, or Zillow 3D Home experience
· FAA Part 107 drone license (or willingness to obtain)
· Portfolio of previous real estate work (required at time of interview)

· Capture high-quality films of interior and exterior property spaces
· Shoot and edit cinematic video walkthroughs with smooth transitions and natural lighting
· Create immersive 3D virtual tours
· Upload and deliver files within a 24 hour turnaround
· Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
· Travel to multiple locations across Northern Virginia
