Responsibilities
  • Drive Results: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our wholesaling division. You’re the one moving the needle.
  • Lead Generation: Oversee cold calling, outbound marketing strategies, and list management to keep the pipeline flowing.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and hold accountable a team of cold callers, lead managers, and acquisition agents.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Jump into the action when needed - close deals, negotiate offers, and follow up on hot leads.
  • System Management: Keep CRMs, lead pipelines, and KPIs in check. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to execute and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Growth Planning: Help build and refine scalable systems, hiring strategies, and performance targets as we grow.
