Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Real Property Accountability support to client.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the accuracy and correction of discrepancies in property financial auditable data. Additionally, assist in the maintenance and updating of Real Property assets, which include land, buildings, structures, and records of owned/leased properties. This involves accurately reflecting any new, found, demolished, or changed assets in the Real Property inventory and financial database.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders and internal Deloitte Team to resolve Real Property flags on the Capital Asset Management (CAM) Tool Top 100 Discrepancy List.
  • Create and route Workflow (WF) packages for new/changed assets or Ingrants on the Real Property (RP) Workflow site to support proper asset enrollment in Oracle Fixed Assets (OFA).
  • Process Asset Enrollment Templates (AETs) for updating RP asset information by making the required updates in the RP system of record (SAM) and routing packages through the RP Workflow for required USCG approvals.
  • Create the required 3652 Documentation to remove decommissioned assets from OFA.
  • Retrieve AET for clients when needed to meet leasing needs/ review site operating inventory.
  • Leverage the Classification Guide Policy to verify assets are enrolled according to CG standards.
  • Create Real Property Unique Identifier (RPUID) numbers for new assets in SAM. Create Site numbers for housing assets in SAM.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to verify the accuracy of SAM asset information.
  • Perform ad-hoc RPUID research for Real Property Specialist (RPS).
  • Perform PMDS Reviews for OE Certification.
  • Support site validation efforts by organizing required documentation.
  • Assists with Construction In Progress (CIP) Monthly reviews. Pull invoices and CLIN screenshots to allocate monthly construction invoices accurately; assist with entering data in SOV templates.
  • Perform other ad hoc Monthly Review duties as requested.
