QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities
  • Track modifications made to Constructions in Progress (CIP) by updating the Shore Asset Management (SAM) Creation Tool, ACT Tool, Construction in Progress (CIP) and Oracle Fixed Assets (OFA) excels and the daily System Assets and Ingrants Excels. Update all modifications made in the daily CIP Report and distribute daily the report to all continental Civil Engineering Units (CEUs).
  • Facilitate bug fixes to the SAM Creation Tool, ACT Tool, CIP and OFA Excel extracts and the daily System Assets and Ingrants Excels as needed to ensure accurate information is being extracted.
  • Answer questions and concerns from CEU personnel regarding the daily CIP report.
  • Review and update Real Property Unique Identifiers (RPUID) packets from Workflow and update the Owned Asset Worklist. Update all RPUID packets, supporting documents and photographs within the workbook for final mass upload into CG-TIMS
  • Make changes to Real Property (RP) Workflow as needed to ensure consistent information across Workflow, Owned Asset Worklist, and CG-TIMS.
  • Submit weekly tracker to client with update on the assets entered into the Owned Asset Worklist.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.
