Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Preparation of Offer Packages for Negotiations with property owners * Preparation of Closing Packages for to be used for parcel closings * Assist with the preparation of ROW Cost Estimates * Assist with preparation of Appraisals * Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract documents * Conduct property title checkdowns Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
