In this vital role, you’ll monitor real-time performance metrics, ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and deliver outstanding service to our members. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, 7.5-hour shifts between 7.30am and 8pm Monday to Friday. We have a rotating shift pattern which includes 1 in 5 Saturdays and 1 Bank Holiday per year. You’ll earn a 5% shift allowance in addition to your basic salary.
