QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Valid UAE real estate license.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• Provide market insights and property evaluations.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws and trends.
• Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals and outreach.
• Collaborate with developers and other agents to access exclusive listings.
