Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed and client-focused Realtor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
• Negotiate offers and close deals in accordance with company standards
• Promote listings through digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and pricing strategies
• Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
