JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Rebar Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all reinforcement (rebar) works on-site. The Rebar Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all steel reinforcement work is carried out according to structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars
  • Ensure rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications
  • Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences
  • Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage
  • Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting
  • Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
  • Resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly
  • Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings
  • At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision
