Description
Process all customer rebates through the appropriate systems. A. Manage portfolio within a group as they pertain to customer rebates. Deduction portfolio will include all rebates; current and aged. B. Additional responsibility of reporting route cause statistics to management. C. Use root cause data to develop and implement process improvements to reduce or eliminate internal and external errors. D. Ability to communicate effectively with all internal (Sales, Plants, Customer Service) and external (Customers) customers. F. Responsible for collecting all rebate deductions taken by customers that are deemed invalid. G. Provide evidence to customers supporting rebates taken were invalid. LI-KL1 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Strong skill set in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Systems (GetPaid/Oracle/SAP/Vista) (Desirable) Organized, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to make timely decisions when several alternatives are available Drive for results Makes Decisions & Solves Problems Demonstrates a Collaborative Style Promotes and Champions Change Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Demonstrates effective autonomous decision making Pursues personal development Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group's success Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
