JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and passionate RECE/ECA Supply Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality support in an early childhood education setting, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for children. Our center supports children from Toddler to School Age and the successful candidate must be able to work across all age groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in childcare or special education, and a commitment to working in an inclusive and responsive framework.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen and AQI
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience leading group activities is beneficial.
  • Experience with classroom and behavior management.
    Job Types: Part-time, Casual
    Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
