JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RECE to join our support team at Stouffville Village Child Care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, facilitating their learning, and supporting their development through various activities.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is required.
  • Familiarity with teaching methods and classroom management techniques is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education backgrounds is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer operation for documentation purposes is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are crucial for success in this role.
