JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children, including those with working persons disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting programs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with unique learning needs.
  • Maintain organized records of children’s development and program activities.
  • Utilize computer operation skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
