Durante o turno noturno, o(a) Night Auditor assume um papel fundamental na operação do hotel, assegurando simultaneamente o atendimento aos hóspedes e o rigor dos processos administrativos e financeiros. Apostamos em criar experiências memoráveis e diferenciadoras para os nossos hóspedes, garantindo que, mesmo durante a noite, cada interação contribui para a excelência do serviço prestado. Responsabilidades * Atendimento e acolhimento aos hóspedes (check-in tardio e check-out antecipado); * Prestar informações detalhadas sobre o hotel, serviços disponíveis e apoio ao hóspede durante a estadia; * Atender chamadas telefónicas, responder a e-mails e interagir com hóspedes presencialmente; * Realizar o fecho diário de contas (auditoria noturna), garantindo a correta reconciliação de receitas e consumos; * Verificação e lançamento de movimentos financeiros no sistema; * Emissão de relatórios diários e preparação de informação para os departamentos; * Controlo de caixa e registo de recebimentos; * Garantir a segurança e o bom funcionamento da receção durante o período noturno; * Gestão de reservas e acompanhamento de pedidos. Requisitos * Experiência na função, preferencialmente em receção ou auditoria noturna no setor hoteleiro; * Formação na área de Turismo, Hotelaria ou similar; * Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (obrigatório; outros idiomas valorizados); * Conhecimentos de informática (MS Office) e PMS Opera (preferencial); * Disponibilidade para trabalho em horário noturno; * Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e responsável. Responsibilities • Assisting and welcoming guests (late check-in and early check-out); • Providing detailed information about the hotel and available services, and supporting guests during their stay; • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and interacting with guests in person; • Performing the daily closing of accounts (night audit), ensuring the correct reconciliation of revenue and expenses; • Verifying and entering financial transactions into the system; • Issuing daily reports and preparing information for departments; • Cash control and recording of receipts; • Ensuring the security and smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift; • Managing reservations and tracking requests. Here is the English translation of your job description: Requirements * Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in front office or night audit within the hospitality sector; * Degree or training in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field; * Good command of English (mandatory; other languages are a plus); * Computer skills (MS Office) and knowledge of Opera PMS (preferred); * Availability to work night shifts; * Ability to work independently and responsibly.
