THE ROLE

Make a real impact in WA’s grain industry while developing hands-on skills in a supportive team environment.
We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join us as Receival Point Operators (RPOs) on a permanent full-time basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.
You’ll receive training in a range of Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and more!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain (we will train you!)
• Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain
• Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain
• Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities
• This role involves physical aspects including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environments
• Potential to undertake site leadership duties during harvest
