Receiver Assistant Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Put items away in assigned pick locations using RF Scanner · Label items as they are received · Add and enter secondary locations into the system as needed · Unbox and layout items and ensure all product matches packing slip · Assist in unloading of trucks and other deliveries Receiver Assistant Other Duties: · Restock primary pick locations throughout the warehouse with emphasis on larger items/skids · Properly communicate issues to Receiving Coordinator · Take out trash & compress cardboard in bailer on weekly basis · General Housekeeping duties as assigned · Performs other duties and special projects determined by Management The general requirements for this job function are as follows: · Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions · Ability to be properly trained to operate Joey lift · Ability to be properly trained to operate Walk-Behind lifts with loads up to 600 lb. · Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Benefits: Medical eligible 1st of the month after date of hire Dental eligible 1st of the month after date of hire Vision eligible 1st of the month after date of hire 401K Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick Life Insurance and AD&D Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance Employee Discount
