SHIFT TIME: 11:00AM TO 8:00PM, ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 6:00AM TO 3:00PM

Candidates must have specific experience working as a RECEIVER. This position involves managing the receipt of goods, verifying their quality and quantity, and maintaining organized inventory records. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse RECEIVING skills and a keen eye for detail.
We are not looking for a shipper or forklift operator.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring that all items match purchase orders.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or damages in received goods to management promptly.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of received items.
  • Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
  • Operate MHE/forklifts as needed to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize space and improve accessibility of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum THREE years experience in a RECEIVING role is required.
  • Must have a valid forklift licenses - Counterbalance and Reach
  • Strong understanding of package handling procedures and safety protocols within a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills are essential for verifying quantities and conducting inventory counts.
  • Clear criminal background
  • Steel toed safety boots and safety vest.
