Company Description We’re looking for a Receiver to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq! Job Description ● Receiving of all stocks in designated shifts with compliance on all SOPs and checkpoints ● Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies ● Ensuring timely completion of put away with the help of pickers ● Clear and maintained aisles with no stock storage in aisles ● Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors to resolve any shipment related issues ● Ensuring the receiving area is always clean and empty for new receiving ● Replenishes items on shelf using FIFO logic Qualifications ● You have at least 2-5 years of experience in F&V. ● Solid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control and basic finance knowledge ● You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. ● Good communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools. ● Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. ● Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous. ● Computer Skills : Very Good in Excel, ERP System. ● Should Have Quality and Food Safety Related certificate
Responsibilities
The Receiver will be responsible for receiving all stocks according to SOPs during designated shifts, inspecting deliveries for damages, and ensuring timely put away with picker assistance. They must also maintain clean aisles, coordinate issue resolution with suppliers, and replenish shelves using FIFO logic.
