Position Overview: As a receiver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen with stocking and receiving orders from our vendors. This position starts at 6:00am on days worked. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist Chef's with ordering products. Be main point of contact to receive products from vendors. Review invoices carefully to ensure orders match what was received. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service. Requirements Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment. (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.) Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.) Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
