Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you! A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all items are properly logged and stored. Assist in the organization and management of inventory, including stock rotation and replenishment. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill inventory requests and ensure timely stock availability. Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service to staff and vendors when handling inquiries regarding inventory. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. What We need from you: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or supply chain management is a plus. Previous experience in receiving, inventory management, or a related role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
