Job Description Responsible in inspecting and receiving the goods in compliance with the established hotel procedures including checking of weight, quantity, and order specifications. He is also responsible in maintaining receiving records in the system for inventory and payment processing. Maintaining cleanliness of Receiving Loading Bay and ensure compliance with Food Safety. Physically verify goods delivered against delivery documents and purchase orders. All goods are correctly received and accounted for in accordance with the quantities and quality stated in the purchase orders, and properly stored on FIFO basis. Responsible for the prompt distribution of goods to sub-stores or user departments. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.
