USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receiving Associate / Put-Away Machine Operator to join our Distribution Team. This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location. Job Type: Full-time Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM start time) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accurately & efficiently puts away materials using powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment according to dating priority, system assignment, and Standard Operating Procedures * Operate put-away machinery and PIT equipment (reach truck, sit-down forklift, etc.) as a primary function of the role * Receives and inspect materials for accuracy and damage using Vendor Packing Lists & Purchase Orders according to Standard Operating Procedure * Resolves Receiving / Put away / Process exceptions per Standard Operating Procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Follows all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures * Is flexible in work assignments, and assists with other warehouse duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred * Machine operation experience with powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment is REQUIRED * Reach truck & sit-down forklift operator experience (certification may be required) * Ability to safely lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to meet or exceed company productivity standards * Team player with good communication skills BENEFITS: At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference—to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
