The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting the delivery of goods and supplies to ensure all items meet quality standards and specifications. Ensures that deliveries are stored properly and assists with inventory control to support the smooth operation. Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: * Receive and inspect all incoming goods to ensure accuracy against delivery orders, purchase orders, and packing lists * Accurately document the details of deliveries, including item descriptions, quantities, and dates, into the hotel’s inventory system * Work closely with the purchasing and storage teams to ensure timely distribution of received items * Assist in the process of returning damaged or incorrect goods to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up * Provide support for other departments as required, ensuring smooth operations during peak times What We need from you: * Minimum Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2 Years of related work experience * Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure * Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations * A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
