Responsibilities
  • Receive, classify, store, distribute, and take inventory of food, beverage, materials, and equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and condition upon receipt.
  • Maintain and update perpetual inventories, prepare stock replacement requisitions, and process supplier invoices in the purchasing system.
  • Develop and implement stock handling, storage, and rotation procedures, while protecting items from spoilage or deterioration.
  • Supervise and assist with loading, unloading, packing, counting, and transporting materials using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, keep detailed records, support departmental reporting, and expedite outstanding orders.
  • Recommend stock level adjustments, resolve issues related to space and distribution, ensure HACCP compliance, and assist in various purchasing and distribution tasks as assigned
