Title: Receiving Clerk Shift: Mon.-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Onsite Chino, CA About the Role: The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of grill units and grilling accessories. This role ensures that all products are accurately documented, stored, and distributed within the warehouse while maintaining quality and safety standards. What You’ll Do: Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders. Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. Accurately enter receiving data into inventory management systems. Label and store received goods in designated warehouse locations. Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes. Ensure all received products meet company quality control standards. Work closely with the shipping team to coordinate inventory movement and stock levels. Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a secure and efficient workspace. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse receiving or inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in shipments. Basic math and data entry skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Forklift certification is a plus.
