As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain by ensuring all goods are received, verified, and handled with accuracy and care. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do: receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, ensure quality, quantity, and condition of all incoming goods meet required standards, coordinate with Purchasing and departments for timely delivery and distribution, maintain accurate records of all received items, ensure proper storage and handling in line with hygiene and safety standards, report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly, and support inventory control and stock management processes. What we need from you: previous experience in receiving, stores, or logistics, preferably in hospitality, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good communication and teamwork skills.
