Purpose: Accurate physical receiving of materials/product in order to maintain integrity of inventory control, and insures delivery of materials/product to the proper department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• HSD or GED.
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system. Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems.
• Effective written & verbal (individual & group) communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching.
• Previous experience with safe operation of forklift

• Receives product deliveries.
• Records and checks quantity and quality of good received.
• Complete daily receiving activities to insure accuracy, completeness, and condition of all incoming goods, their recording and delivery to location; including all returns.
• Cycle count manufacturing inventory in preparation of physical inventory.
• Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records.
• Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items.
• Safely utilize forklifts and power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed.
• Regularly enter inventory data into Epicor on a timely basis.
• Delivers product to appropriate personnel – insures all pathways are kept clear.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors and managers.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed and as assigned.
