Description Major Job Responsibilities: Intigral is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at a customer's dock in Streetsboro, Ohio. This position will oversee and participate all dock activities, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high service and quality standards. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently unload rolling racks of glass and receive all incoming trucks from Intigral. Verify cart sheet accuracy, identify all missing units (UNMISS) and unboxed units (UNBOC), and mark carts with missing units using slotting boards. Stage and sequence Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) carts in designated locations as defined by Intigral. Alert the appropriate team for any required CDM line repairs. Manage backorders from transfer shipped carts, insert the correct backorder codes for reprocessing, and notify customer service by required cut-off times. Sequence carts for glazing line production, unload mixed carts back onto the original glazing line, and clear cart IDs for cart numbers and glazing line sequences. Conduct daily inventory reconciliation of carts in transfer shipped vs. actual carts on the production floor. Manage customer open orders, including scheduling status production date closeouts by the plant. Maintain daily communication with Intigral, reporting late units with status updates, quality alerts, previous day's rejects, and orders on hold. Attend customer production meetings as needed to ensure alignment and address any issues. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail. The ability to push and pull heavy rolling carts. Computer skills. Customer communication. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Required). At least 2 years of experience in dock management, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities
