Description JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage crew of 4-5 employees Complete receiving paperwork throughout the day Unload trucks and put away products following SOP Operate equipment Sign for credits Put products in the inventory system accurately Read and respond to emails in a timely manner Follow up on making sure rotations are made Contact owners on quality issues Other duties as assigned BENEFITS: Medical, Vision, Dental insurance and many more voluntary coverage options Company paid Disability, Life and Identity Theft insurance. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to display basic arithmetic skills. TRAINING, SKILLS, LICENSES: Knowledge in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office. Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and similar equipment. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate receiving employees and train new employees. Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to think quickly and resolve issues. WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently exposed to wet, loud, cold, or humid conditions. The employee frequently is required to walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
