Description Homemakers is looking to add a receiving specialist to our team. This person must have a work history that shows long term employment of over 1 year at their last job. They will need to have physical work experience as well. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Pay: $19 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Summary: A receiver would be unloading, locating, and picking product, safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. The job would require heavy lifting for an extended period, operating a lift, and proper handling of product. Key Responsibilities: Properly handle the product while moving it from one location to another Continually meet the monthly standard for product to be moved Maintain a high level of accuracy when receiving and placing product on the racks Provides feedback to management regarding efficiencies, safety, productivity, etc. Follow all operational and safety procedures The above responsibilities and additional duties may vary as assigned Education/Work Experience: Warehouse experience Qualifications: Able to operate a fork lift Basic computer skills Able to work at varying heights Physical Expectations: Stand for long periods of time Push and pull objects Repetitive bending, lifting and arm movements Able to lift consistently up to 150 lbs. Environmental Conditions: Will work indoors and outdoors Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings and noisy work environment
