JOB SUMMARY

The Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s receiving & raw material
inventory operations, including inbound logistics, storage, and comprehensive inventory management. This
critical role ensures the timely and precise receipt, storage, and management of all raw materials within the
plant and all off-site locations. The manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining plant-wide inventory accuracy
and supporting downstream production activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in
receiving operations, warehouse and inventory management and a proven track record of effectively utilizing
SAP for receiving, inventory control, and data analysis.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is

preferred.

  • Equivalent practical experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations is required, with at least 3
    years in a supervisory or management role focused on warehousing, receiving, and inventory

management.

  • Demonstrable expert-level proficiency with SAP (specifically modules related to Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM)) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing effective inventory control procedures.
  • Proven experience in optimizing warehousing and receiving processes and implementing operational

efficiencies.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
