GENERAL PURPOSE Perform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.   JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform CIP on each tanker and silo while maintaining proper documentation of each process · Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing of product · Weigh tanker on scales. Check to ensure proper temperature of milk and record weight and temperature reading · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues · Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
