We are now accepting applications for a Seasonal Receiving/Shipping Clerk for our upcoming season. The Receiving/Shipping Clerk coordinates the inbound flow of goods for our resort. Responsible for packing, and labeling shipments to guests and vendors, inspecting incoming goods for damage, assisting to maintain inventory records, and operating equipment like moving dollies, golf carts, and resort vehicles. The role requires high attention to detail, good computer proficiency for tracking systems, and the ability to lift heavy items. Key Responsibilities Receiving: Unloading shipments, inspecting for damage, and verifying contents against invoices. Shipping: Preparing, boxing, and labeling outgoing items; determining shipping methods and creating shipping documents. Inventory Control: Assist in recording inventory levels, updating inventory software, and reordering for various departments. Safety & Compliance: Operating equipment safely (carts, vehicles, dollies), following all safety policies. Requirements Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. Experience: Experience with inventory software or in a warehouse or resort environment is preferred
Responsibilities
