Description
As a Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will coordinate logistics, verify shipment contents, and maintain inventory records to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule. M-F 0900 - 5pm In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products, supporting production schedules, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Inspect and verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists. * Maintain accurate inventory records and update shipment tracking systems. * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all shipping and receiving activities. * SAP or MRP
