Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates
  • Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary
  • Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time
  • By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our
  • Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles
  • Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals
  • Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis. Build team morale to drive productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements

  • Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and knowledge with WMS

Experience / Education

  • 1-2 years of entry-level managerial leadership experience in a food production or warehouse environment
