Job Description Brindar una bienvenida cálida, personalizada y acorde a los estándares de un hotel de lujo. Atender llamadas, correos electrónicos y gestionar reservas y citas con precisión y cortesía. Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del spa, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares, metas y presupuestos. Asesorar al huésped anticipando sus necesidades y dando seguimiento a reclamos o inquietudes. Mantener un ambiente impecable, relajante y profesional, cumpliendo los criterios de calidad del spa. Conocer tratamientos y productos para brindar información precisa y apoyar las ventas. Manejar sistemas de reservación y facturación, procesando pagos y controlando ingresos diarios. Verificar la satisfacción del cliente y reportar incidencias al manager o asistente. Mantener una imagen impecable y cumplir normas de presentación, higiene y seguridad Qualifications Experiencia mínima de 2 años en hoteles de lujo, preferiblemente en más de uno. Inglés avanzado Manejo de Microsoft Office y sistemas de reservas (Opera, Book4Time). Enfoque en excelencia y servicio al cliente. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación asertiva. Actitud positiva, compromiso y orientación a resultados.
