Daily Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Accounts Receivable/Account Payable
- Warranty Entry
- Cash Handling Bank Deposits
-Process Daily Work Orders
- Daily Payroll Time Entry
Finance Department
-Submission of Credit applications
-Selling warranty and insurance products
- Excellent organizational skills
- Expert knowledge in finance and accounting procedures and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional reporting skills
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in office procedures, data entry, and file management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Have experience in Accounting/Finance
Preference will be given with previous experience and related accounting/finance knowledge.
