QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have good computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM Systems)
  • Customer service skills and a strong verbal communicator
  • Good written communication skills and experience using email systems
  • English & Maths GCSE gradeC` or above
  • Good work ethic to attendance, time keeping and productiveness
  • A quick learner who can follow written and verbal procedures in a fast paced office environment
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative to prioritise tasks
  • Experience with Social Media platforms like Linked In and Facebook
