THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the front office reception, including the main switchboard and allocation of all incoming calls.
  • Providing overflow support for workforce scheduling and coordination
  • Ensuring all customers and contractors are inducted and have had the correct OHS and WHS training and sign off
  • Coordinating mail distribution, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing administrative and accounts support, including data entry.
  • Ordering weekly office supplies and shopping to maintain stock levels and ensure the team’s needs are met
    Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
    Role Located: Sumner Park, QLD
