Due to internal progression we have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Administration Assistant to join our Client Services Team in our busy Poundbury office. We are looking for someone who can provide efficient administration assistance and a friendly and professional reception service to internal and external clients. This rewarding and varied role would suit someone with excellent administration and interpersonal skills, a welcoming yet efficient style, a dynamic approach to work with the ability to multitask.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
This role would best suit someone who is proactive and enthusiastic, professional, and polished in their approach, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
