Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Processing invoices and receipts using Xero
  • Preparation of Letters of Engagement
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the partners and other team members as needed
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
