BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The ideal candidate will have diligence in handling phone calls, taking messages and providing quality customer service skills in person and whilst on the phone.
  • Sufficient knowledge of using outlook, printers, adobe software, and an understanding of eFolder/filing co-ordination.
  • Be capable of organising large volumes of postage and creating a digital footprint of same on our case management system.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritise front of house duties and manage multiple activities at one time.
  • Ability to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Reception & Administrative Assistant who will provide a professional receptionist service at our Galway office and administrative assistance to the Galway office Legal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reception role will include taking calls, greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms for client meetings as required.
  • Providing assistance with the daily postage, dealing with incoming and outgoing courier, DX, and registered mail.
  • Variance of Administration activities to include, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, typing.
  • File maintenance management: When requested, to open/set up files,
  • Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Galway office.
